Briny Bliss is an international standard 5-star hotel and resort project. With a 200-shotok wide Bay of Bengal beach, rare red crab beach, and natural seaweed, an incredibly beautiful and orderly establishment is going to be built to meet all the needs of travelers.

Briny Bliss is a 300++room five-star hotel and resort on a 200-shotok site.

A mega project with a total of 9,000 shares of 300++ rooms, a share price of 6 lakh 50 thousand taka, a total of 585 crore taka. Work will start in 2026 and will be handed over in 2030.

Each room will be divided into 30 shares and room shares will be allocated through lottery.

Since each room is a time-based category, the share price is the same for everyone.

1) Each share buyer will receive a contract and a sub-contract document for 6 lakh 50 thousand taka

2) Hotel ownership of 15 square feet

3) 2 free nights of vacation per year

4) Dividends on annual hotel sales.
